This is the STCW Basic Training Refresher, a bundled course of 1/2 day Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting and 1/2 day of Personal Survival Techniques. This certification is approved through the United States Coast Guard and is recognized by the MCA.

Requirements
  • • Valid Seafarer’s medical certificate • One year of sea time (365 days) within the past five years. Students without the required sea time must complete the full PST and Basic Firefighting courses.
